Thicc Pizza Co: Detroit-Style Pizza

Thicc Pizza Co. specializes in what’s known as “detroit-style pizza.” That’s an indulgent, cheesy 6-slice, rectangle pie that’s piled deep with creamy non-GMO cheeses, perfectly hand-crafted sauces, and the best fresh ingredients money can buy. Not only are Thicc’s pizzas famously fat, they’re also inventively created by the two pizza masterminds behind the pizzeria. Having cut their teeth opening the well-loved Hawt Pizza Co., Thicc founders Seth and Felicia focus on filling Thicc’s mouth-watering pies with fun ingredients combinations like chicken, buffalo sauce, and dill pickles (the combo featured on the “Hawt Chick” pizza) or goat cheese, hot honey, arugula, chorizo, and bacon (the ingredients that make up “The G.O.A.T”). Looking for extra sauce? Add a “famous Red Top,” to your pizza and stripe the top of any pie with thick streams of marinara.

Stackers Burger Company: Green Chile Cheeseburgers & More

Looking for something a little more meaty? The good folks at Stackers Burger Company have made it their life’s mission to get you the hamburgers and cheeseburgers of your dreams. They have  hometown favorites like the Duke City Smashburger, which was declared one of the best green chile cheeseburgers in town by the Albuquerque Journal. Or maybe you’re craving something a little more Cali-style? Their perfectly cooked West Coast Smashburger is here to smash your hunger. Looking to crush a killer headache after a night of tearing up the town? Stackers has you covered with the aptly named Hangover Burger, which comes with all your favorite burger toppings—like two onion-filled smashburger patties and American cheese—topped with thick slabs of Halal beef bacon and a perfectly fried egg for the best hangover cure that exists between two toasted Brioche buns. Finish off your meal with a side of crispy fries or tots, or add a hand-mixed milkshake, like the creamy banana pudding shake or the irresistible chocolate Oreo shake.

Tino’s Tacos: Tostadas, Quesadillas, & Tacos Con Sabor

If Mexican is what you’re craving, swing by Tino’s Tacos for a hefty dose of spice with your tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more. Known locally for their killer tacos, Tino’s can fix you up with a generous taco plate for $8-10, depending on how many tacos you want, and you can choose from four different delectable fillings: carne asada, Al Pastor, chicken, or veggie. The same protein choices are available in several different styles—just like your favorite taco truck, Tino’s can whip up a perfectly crispy and gooey Al Pastor quesadilla, an enormous veggie burrito, a big batch of carne asada fries, or a warm chicken torta. If you’re looking for breakfast options, Tino’s also makes delicious breakfast burritos, stuffed with eggs, papas, cheese, and your choice of carne asada, bacon, veggies, or sausage. Obviously, with any meal at Tino’s, you also have the option to add chile or salsa, but look out! These salsas are not for the faint of heart. Another don’t miss here at Tino’s? The green chile cubano.

Stackt Sandwich Co.: Grinders, Grilled Cheeses, and French Dips

Speaking of sandwiches, 505 Food Hall’s resident sandwich offering is Stackt Sandwich Company. The shop is aptly named—when these guys say “stacked,” they mean it. With six different sandwich options to choose from, Stackt is the best way to spend your lunch hour munching. The shop is known for their incredible Stackt French Dip, which comes on a toasted baguette that’s as long as your forearm. Piled high with Boar’s Head roast beef, smoked gruyere cheese, and housemade red onion jam, the sandwich makes for an easily shared lunch (or a more filling solo option), and, like any true French dip should, it only gets better when you dip it into the side of au jus. Stackt also offers a traditional Italian grinder, called “On My Grind,” which is served as a baguette filled with all your favorites: salami, capicola ham, smoked turkey, italian dressing, lettuce, onion, tomato—the works. The On My Grind even comes with a side of banana peppers. Talk about chef’s kiss! If meat isn’t your thing, try the Vegan version of the Treehugger, which is loaded with everything bagel hummus, alfalfa sprouts, red onion, and tomato on 9-grain wheat bread.

Kūkri Chicken: Hot Chicken, Any Way You Want It
Looking for some spice? Kick it up a notch—or ten—at Kūkri Chicken, which serves eastern-inspired hot chicken sandies, tenders, and loaded fries. If you’re trying to be “good,” you can even get your hot chicken fix on a garden salad—which may also help you cool off the heat, if you’re a hot chicken newbie. Kūkri’s chicken comes in six different spice levels: wimpy, mild, medium, hot, extra hot, or insane hot. The proprietary blend of spices mixes tikka spices with cayenne and other typical hot chicken spice in order to really turn up the heat. Trust us, “insane hot” isn’t hyperbole! Most dishes come with housemade pickles and slaw, but you can also get fries on the side. Kūkri also sells delicious and refreshing beverages like mango lassi to help cool down your palate so that you can scarf more of the juicy, tender chicken that’s become one of the most popular food options at 505 Food Hall.

Naruto Ramen: Slurpable Ramen, Kickin’ Curries, & Asian Staples

Craving sumptuous, savory ramen? Naruto has what you’re looking for. Naruto serves authentic Hakata-style ramen at both its Nob Hill location and inside the 505 Food Hall. Hakata ramen has characteristics of soup made from select pork bones, eggless thin noodles and chashu that the Naruto chefs make in house. They also serve miso and Shoyu ramen made with special soy sauce and miso imported directly from Japan. At 505, you can choose from six varieties of ramen noodles, or you can opt for curry and rice, fried rice, or snack on some izakaya (appetizers) instead.

The Drinks: Packie’s, Moonwalk, & Humble Coffee Co.

505 Food Hall also offers several liquid options to go with your lunch or dinner. If you’re looking for incredible third-wave coffee, Humble Coffee Co. can brew you up delicious drip coffee, or mix together some eye-opening espresso creations like a macchiato, a mocha, or any latte you can think of. If you’re looking for a later-on beverage or two, check out the craft cocktails located at Moonwalk, or sip on a local craft beer while you catch a game or two at Packie’s.

No matter what your dining preferences, 505 Food Hall brings the best food in Albuquerque right to you in our central, convenient location in the heart of downtown.
